Being responsible for warrantying the HR Department follow up daily under active supervision supporting the HR team members develop them to provide a high performance and quality service.

Specific functions:

1. Ensure the sensitive processes compliance including the HRIS maintenance including but not limited to payroll systems, social security, control files, forms update and historical data.

2. Receive and respond to employees’ escalations related to personnel management, anonymous whistleblowing, work environment issues and internal announcements.

3. Follow up and comply with the HR department agenda in terms of activities, events, trainings, systems updates and upgrades, forms and files implementation, internal announcements, etc.

4. Being a point of contact to provide the requested information including but not limited to KPIs, Employees records, data analysis, evidence for internal investigations, following the communication channels and chains of command.

5. Support the HR Manager actively to implement department changes, reviewing the NPS surveys and other mechanisms to identify opportunity areas in the HR Services.

6. Being able to cover any teammate absence in case that being necessary

Qualifications

  • Professional degree
  • Bilingual – English C1
  • Office medium level and HRIS platforms
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as HR assistant including but not limited to (OD - WE, Recruiting, EHS, Payroll, & training) or plus 1 year of experience as HR Supervisor.
  • Open to work weekends, highly self-directed, Results committed and basic knowledge in organizational methodologies.
  • Shift or schedule from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week and 2 days off.
