We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative for our call center!

Job Description

Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative, also known as BDR, to join our sales team at Redial BPO. As a Sales Development Representative, they will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the BPO industry. They will also be responsible for creating a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth by engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads to opportunities.

Main Activities:

  1. Engage with potential prospects using our CRM HubSpot, via LinkedIn, email and cold calling.
  2. Reach out to pre-attendees from Conferences, to engage and create interest on live meetings.
  3. Engage with organic leads, filter and create meetings.
  4. Find new prospects and opportunities.
  5. Create and customize templates to use for their scripts.
  6. Follow the prospecting process.
  7. Maintain internal CRM up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (B2 English).
  • Basic computer tools like: Microsoft Suite, Basic Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiar with HubSpot and Zoom Info, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

Schedule availability:

  • 5 days a week (2 days off).
  • 9-hour shift.
  • Required to work on site.

Education & Experience:

  • Business Admin or Marketing (College Education).
  • 1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably within the BPO or SaaS industry).
