  • Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting to solve issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, including sales, comments, and complaints

Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • Experience Customer Service Representative
  • Proficient with computers and CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have flexible availability
  • Schedules: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday-Wednesday and Monday-Friday.
