Objective:

Administration of operational human resources and materials to assure the correct performance in the line or lines of businesses, ensuring compliance in security protocols and quality. Analyze, evaluate and track the indicators of operational performance so they can be reached in an efficient manner

Main Activities:

  1. Measure operational results and calculate weekly productivity incentives.
  1. Evaluate productivity reports and operational rankings.
  1. Present results to the client and top management.
  1. Monitor strategies and action plans based on results and stipulated goals.
  1. Analize absenteeism tendencies and rotation in the line or lines of businesses who is in charge of.
  1. Direct, organize, motivate, and coordinate work groups.
  1. Perform a second filter in the recruitment process in order to approve or deny a candidate for Team Lead or Operational Supervisor.
  1. Report daily operational assistance to administrative team and management.
  1. Authorize the application of disciplinary cycle and absences of the staff, taking considering service levels and occupation.
  1. Report operational losses to the parts involved in the process of firing/quitting personnel.

Requirements:

  • Excellent punctuality and attendance.
  • Experience of 6 months as an Operations Supervisor.
  • Academic preparation.
  • Availability to cover required shift.
  • MS office experience preferred.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • People management skills.
