Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible to warranty the continuous employee’s management, benefits, discipline, culture code & policies, labor law compliance, and actions required by the HR Manager to be an internal high quality service provider.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the employees’ records in terms of files (Digital & Hard copies), forms filling and input in HRIS.
  • Provide support for hiring processes, courses impartation, trainings, and official announcements.
  • Report and warranty the sensitive process including pre-payroll, medical inabilities and social security registers, resignations and access cards asigment.
  • Supervise the property safety & Housekeeping supporting guards and janitors’ teams.
  • Provide and warranty a high-quality service to all employees aligned to Redial Culture, policies and procedures, under a fair trait guideline.
  • Being a point of contact for management members to provide metrics, follow up and support in several activities related to people management.
  • Investigate and provide records and evidence for any action or activities against Redial policies, culture, good practices, labor law and fields related.
  • Being responsible to require the bank accounts, cards assignation and maintenance of the bank portal.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree
  • Bilingual – English B1
  • Office medium level and HRIS platforms
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as HR assistant including but not limited to (OD - WE, Recruiting, EHS, Payroll, & training)
  • Open to work weekends, highly self-directed, Results committed and basic knowledge in organizational methodologies.
  • Shift or schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Monday to Sunday with two days off from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • USA Hollidays
