Redial BPO is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team in executing high-impact demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. This role is crucial for driving lead generation, nurturing sales opportunities, and aligning our marketing efforts with company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement marketing strategies that increase awareness, drive demand, and boost customer acquisition.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns (events, email, SEO/SEM, social media) and ensure optimal ROI through continuous tracking and optimization.
  • Sales Collaboration: Align closely with sales and customer operations to ensure seamless lead handoff and strong campaign support for sales targets.
  • Proposals: Develop custom proposal decks and assist the sales team in responding to RFPs.
  • Performance Measurement: Analyze and report on key metrics, offering insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the marketing team, supporting growth and professional development.
  • Event Management: Oversee event planning (trade shows, conferences) to align with sales goals and drive high ROI.
  • Internal Promotion: Play a key role in enhancing company culture and supporting employee recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.

About Your Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS and/or education sector is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in BPO.
  • Experience in growth companies and within scaling teams
