We are looking for a talented Client Experience Excecutive!

Job Objective:
To function as an intermediary and main point of contact with our clients to reach and improve processes in coordination with the operational and administrative team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in administrative or human areas
  • English level: C1
  • Intermediate Computer skills and MS Office
  • 1 year as an Operations Manager
  • 1.5 years as Client Care (preferred)
  • Market and Industry Knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Management of work teams
  • Business relationship building
  • Project Administration
  • Availability for open schedule and weekends

Main functions:

  • Ensure that operational and administrative agreements with clients are communicated in a timely manner to internal departments.
  • Strengthen the relationship with the client through constant communication and evaluation of the services provided.
  • Coordinate the execution of action plans in their different tasks and the participants of these in operational and administrative areas.
  • Apply evaluation tools for the services offered to the client in order to detect areas of opportunity, as well as keep a record of the measurable evaluation of customer satisfaction.
