Job Description
Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative, also known as BDR, to join our sales team at Redial BPO. As a Sales Development Representative, they will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the BPO industry. They will also be responsible for creating a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth by engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads to opportunities.
Main Activities:
- Engage with potential prospects using our CRM HubSpot, via LinkedIn, email and cold calling.
- Reach out to pre-attendees from Conferences, to engage and create interest on live meetings.
- Engage with organic leads, filter and create meetings.
- Find new prospects and opportunities.
- Create and customize templates to use for their scripts.
- Follow the prospecting process.
- Maintain internal CRM up to date.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (B2 English).
- Basic computer tools like: Microsoft Suite, Basic Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Technical knowledge: Familiar with HubSpot and Zoom Info, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
Schedule availability:
- 5 days a week (2 days off).
- 9-hour shift.
- Required to work on site.
Education & Experience:
- Business Admin or Marketing (College Education).
- 1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably within the BPO or SaaS industry).
