Addressing questions related to subscription management, product inquiries, promotions, and basic technical issues (Account access, passwords, etc) as it relates to inbound voice, chat, email, social media, and providing accurate information to customers seeking support for Company's Nutrition supplements
- Provide excellent customer service by handling customer interactions across multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, chat, and social media).
- Assist customers with subscription management, including account access, renewals, cancellations, and updates.
- Respond to product inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Address customer inquiries related to promotions, ensuring customers are informed of ongoing offers and discounts.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as account access, password resets, and login problems.
