OD Assistant

Functions:

  • Ensure a warm welcome of new hires and provide induction course.
  • Coordinate first-week evaluations of new hires.
  • Report on new hire satisfaction results.
  • Execute work climate improvement activities.
  • Plan and budget for employee events.
  • Evaluate work environment activities and events.
  • Support in the planning of integration activities.
  • Execute recognition programs, birthday celebrations, and activations.
  • Maintain a catalog of agreements for the benefit of employees.
  • Create a catalog of suppliers or contacts for educational promotion.
  • Support in general activities of the processes of the organizational development department.

Requirements:

- Education Level: University in progress or completed. Bachelor's degree in psychology, pedagogy, administrative areas. (Desirable)

- Bilingual Spanish and English. English level: B1. Indispensable

- Computer skills. Basic. Indispensable.

- 6 months experience in a support, administrative assistant or purchasing/HR, training or organizational development position.

- Knowledge in group management, training techniques.

- No difficulty in traveling to shop during working hours.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (Availability to work on weekends).
